ASHLEY MOORE
Born and bred in Ottawa, we lived in Osgoode until I was 9 when we made the move to Stuewe Drive and the rest of my childhood – and into my adult years – was spent in the Manotick Area. I attended Castor Valley Elementary school where I was introduced to the French language at a young age. From there I graduated from South Carleton High School in Richmond in 2009 and then went to the University of Ottawa. In 2013 I graduated with a Bachelor Of Science, majoring in Biology and minoring in Classical Studies. I love to learn and enjoy a challenge. During all my school years, one of my greatest passions was horses. Many may know me from my years at Stevens Creek Farm, an eventing stable just south of Manotick. I started riding there when I was 5 years old. I began competing at a young age and eventually moved into training, teaching and helping with the admin side of farm life. This was something I truly loved and I’ve had the pleasure and privilege of teaching and coaching people of all ages from toddlers to adults. After graduating from University, I worked full time at the farm for 4 and a half years. During those years I met my husband, got married at the farm and we bought our first house. I decided to make the switch into real estate early in 2018. It was a tough decision for me to make but it was an exciting one. Later that year, we welcomed our first child, a boy, into our family. I officially became licensed in February of 2020. Needless to say, the last few years have been a whirlwind of change and activity but this is something I love and thrive on.
